Fenton is beginning an exciting new Member Loyalty Program for its customers which will earn you Loyalty Points with every purchase you make!

How do I join the Fenton Loyalty Program?

Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.

How do I earn points?

1. With each dollar spent on purchases on any item on our website, you will receive one Loyalty Point per dollar (excluding tax). For example: if you were purchasing the “Moon Lit Skies” Glass Crafted Bead at $39.50 would earn you 39 Loyalty Points.

2. Redeem your Loyalty Points for exclusive rewards.

Rewards are as follows:

100 points – 5% Off Purchase*

250 points – 10% Off Purchase*

500 points - 20% Off Purchase* OR Free Loyalty Member Bead of Choice

The Loyalty Member Beads are two beads EXCLUSIVE to the loyalty program and will not be sold anywhere else. The Loyalty Member Beads will feature a hand decorated bead and a glass crafted bead for your choosing.

Current members who hold an account at our website do not need to sign up again, you will automatically be enrolled in the Loyalty Program!

* Loyalty Program Rewards are for total purchase excluding tax

How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?

Log in to your store account and go to the Redeem Rewards Page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom of the store.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as discount codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one discount code per order).
