Sales Policy

  • All products are new and in their original packaging.
  • Online ordering available in the United States and Canada only.
  • All orders shipping to Pennsylvania are subject sales tax.
  • Please note we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our shop. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 Shipping Locations

  • Fenton Glass Jewelry currently ships to address only within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.
  • Fenton Glass Jewelry does not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Internet items are not eligible for in-store pick-up.

 US Shipping Information

  • Fenton offers FREE standard shipping via USPS on all orders.
  • Order processing usually takes two to three (2-3) business days. During peak holiday periods that time may be longer. 
  • Orders containing products from the Fenton University collection the order processing time may average five to seven (5-7) business days. During peak holiday periods that time may be longer.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays.
  • Please note that Fenton Glass Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect shipping information on orders placed. Please be sure to double check that you have submitted the correct information for fulfillment processing. Fenton Glass Jewelry is not responsible for replacing goods if any customer information is incorrect.

Canada Shipping Information

  • Fenton offers a flat rate of $9.95  via USPS on all orders to Canada.
  • Order processing usually takes two to three (2-3) business days. During peak holiday periods that time may be longer. 
  • Orders containing products from the Fenton University collection the order processing time may average five to seven (5-7) business days. During peak holiday periods that time may be longer.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not, for any reason, simply send it back to us within 15 days of receiving your order for an exchange, or full refund of the item price. Please contact us at hello@fentonglassjewelry.com for return instructions.

As we gladly accept returns from Fenton Glass Jewelry and authorized Fenton retailers, please note we do not accept responsibility for returns or damaged goods from unauthorized retailers. Check out our store locator page to view all authorized retailers that sell our products.
